Qinghai-Jiaxi Expressway section

Route introduction

This road is the first unmanned intelligent toll highway invested and built by China State Construction, and it is also the "second corridor" from Xining toward Lanzhou. The Jiaxi Highway project starts from Jiading Town, Huzhu Tu Autonomous County, Haidong City, and ends at Xihai Town, Haiyan County, Haibei Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture. It is part of Qinghai Province's expressway network plan of "three vertical, four horizontal and ten connecting lines", and is also a major livelihood project and the largest current PPP project in Qinghai Province. According to the plan, Bid Section 2 of Jiaxi Highway includes three interchanges, one service area, one parking area, two toll stations, seven tunnels and 29 bridges, with a two-way four-lane design and a design speed of 80 km/h.
